美丽世界

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more.
~George Gordon, Lord Byron, Childe Harold's Pilgrimage

I don't know. I love nature absolutely. But to me the deepest love is between fellow human beings or fellow beings. It's that connection and understanding. We are all at the mercy of Nature, but we choose to love each other. Having said that, Nature is fair and never fails in our life time. Perhaps that's one reason why we call Nature Mother.

今天在facebook上看到一熟人贴的一张仙人掌的照片,是一个心的形状,真的很酷啊。有人评论说好,照片主人回复:这是个比喻。
I don't know what else to say except c'est la vie.
