OK I was quite amused by the video: albeit a man who can not run his country and turned another one into a living hell, he sure has very good reflex. Then I saw this comment below the youtube post:

P.S. It seems that the Iraqi TV reporter who threw his size 10 shoes at Bush yelled "This is a farewell kiss, you dog!" when he launched his weapon of mass destruction...
